Women of Faith Conference

September 14 (eve.) and 15th (9 am to 5 pm) in Rochester. Wouldn’t it be fun to go together? Scheduled to appear: Sandy Patty, Patsy Clairmont, Selah and more. Congratulations Ken and Carol Stonemetz at the birth of Maddox Alexander to Mike and Jilian.

Dr. & Mrs. Calvin Schierer proudly announce the engagement of their son, Nathan Paul Schierer, to Mariah Dawn Perry, granddaughter of Mr. & Mrs. Joe Perry. Nathan and Mariah are on staff and perform in productions at Rocky Hock Playhouse, a Christian Theater in Edenton, NC. Their address will be 115 Jackson Street, Edenton, NC 27932 where Mariah lives now. A wedding is planned for May 19, 2012, in Greene, Maine. They are registered at Walmart and Bed, Bath & Beyond.

Condolences

Marge Blecha, Joan Lord’s mom, who died April 16.

Meredith Kellogg died Friday, March 30. The funeral will place at Houghton Wesleyan Church on  Monday, April 2, at noon. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the church for an hour prior to the service. Meredith is survived by his wife of fifty-five years, Marjorie, and four children: David (Kathy) Kellogg of Greene, NY, Roger (Julie) Kellogg of Newark, IL, Sharon (Randy) Freeman of Rochester, NY, and Judy (Raymond) Trentini of Frederick, MD; eight grandchildren: Joe, Tim, Jon, and Andrew Kellogg, Mike and Nathan Trentini, Beth McRoberts, Jennifer Freeman; and two great grandchildren: Caitlyn and Charlie McRoberts.

We send expressions of sympathy for Kristina LaCelle-Peterson and her family at the death of her father, Dr. Paul LaCelle, on Friday, March 9. Here are the arrangements the family has made: Calling hours on Saturday, March 17, from 4:00-7:00 pm at the Keenan Funeral Home, 7501 Pittsford-Palmyra Rd. in Egypt. Memorial service will be Sunday, March 18, at 2 pm at the Penfield Wesleyan Church, 1580 Five Mile Line Rd in Penfield

Please be in prayer for the family of Bonnie MacBeth who died on Monday after a brave battle with cancer.  Visitation will take place on Friday, February 10, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 North Genesee Street in Fillmore NY. The memorial service for Bonnie  will be held Saturday, February 11 at noon at the Houghton Wesleyan Church, 9712 Route 19, Houghton, NY.  Following the service friends are invited to a light luncheon in the church Community Room where they may greet the family.
